Leadership/Teamwork in Tough Circumstances

1 DCQ/ 1 NARI CEU

Learn to stand out in a crowded marketplace and NOT compete on price!
A remodeling company is only as strong as the collective talent of the people who work there. As competition for talent remains a top concern for businesses in the construction industry, a salary alone is no longer enough to find and hold on to the best employees. A team needs to be built along with leadership that can run the remodeling business and set team expectations. Attendees will learn more about leadership in the remodeling industry and being a part of a remodeling team that promote employees’ safety and health, and development. Every successful contractor business leader knows, nothing is more important than hiring and developing their people.
